Anticipating no electricity and seeing the massive damage to our community....we decided to meet briefly and then head out with COLD water and willing workers. It was so cool to see the wide age range of helpers and to see the surprise from our neighbors....thankful for a church that is willing to do some things differently and who is open to being flexible and spontaneous....praying the name of Jesus was lifted up through a few simple hours of work. Thanks to everyone who helped (especially those not pictured) Have a great week!
There was a man with Yankee greats Tattooed on his back.....keep it classy KC LOL My uncle is. Lifelong Yankee fan who had never been to a game....was a great night!
Unplanned after church fellowship and trip to CarrickFergus castle. Special thanks to Reverend Hugh and his wife for welcoming us in their home. It was an amazing day of worship with the people of Belfast 1st Nazarene!
A few random pics.... and Jordan Hymon with 40 seconds of drumming on a practice kit sitting in the sanctuary (at the request of Marie, one of the amazing ladies from Belfast)
